    From Bună ziua to the doctor’s. You hear each phrase, read it, and tap any word for its meaning and its sound. Slow plays it again at a gentler pace.

  • 32 conversations, chat style

    Meeting your partner’s parents, dinner at the family table, a taxi ride, the market. You pick your reply, or say it out loud.

  • Grammar in short notes

    A few plain notes after each topic’s phrases, like why “the” goes on the end of the word. Never a case table on first sight.

  • Review what you save

    Tap the heart on any phrase. Review brings it back when it’s due, so it sticks for the next family visit.

  • Practice speaking

    Hold the microphone and say the phrase; each word turns green as your phone hears it. This part needs an internet connection and a phone that recognizes Romanian speech.

  • Explained in your language

    The course text follows your phone’s language in 38 languages, German, Spanish, Japanese and Arabic among them; any other phone reads it in English. Short sentences, the grammar named in everyday words, and the literal meaning where it helps: Bună ziua is “good day”.

Romanian, spelled right

Note

Every Romanian line in the course is checked by a native speaker, with every accent where it belongs: ă, â, î, ș, ț. A missing mark can change the word: fată is a girl, but față is a face.

The audio is a high quality voice, female or male, and every phrase and every single word has it.
